Responsible for operating heavy equipment to support civil construction projects, maintaining steady production while working safely and efficiently on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and other equipment for trenching, grading, and material handling
• Read stakes, grades, and plans to complete work accurately
• Perform daily equipment inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance
• Work closely with ground crews and foreman to keep work flowing
• Maintain awareness of site conditions, underground utilities, and surroundings
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and job-ready
